Position Overview

Your job is to turn a brief with copy and a rough wireframe into a design that's easy for the customer to process and actually gets them to buy—leaning on your UX/UI experience and your feel for what converts.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Converting Design: Take a wireframe and copy and turn it into a beautiful, high-converting landing page.
• Strategic UX/UI: Use your UX/UI sense and knowledge of what converts to build designs that make the customer's decision easier, not just lay out the copy as-is.
• Independent Problem Solving: Think for yourself. If a brief says "customer isn't sure this product works for their injury," you should know how to address that visually without being told exactly what to put where.
• Two-Step Execution: Work in two steps: first build a mockup (using tools like Figma or Claude Design) and get it approved, then build it live in our landing page builder ( Replo ).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven Digital Design experience.
• 5+ years of experience specifically designing for ecommerce/DTC brands.
• A stellar eye for turning copy and wireframes into a design that actively converts.
• Deep understanding of customer psychology—designing specifically to eliminate doubts and hesitations.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Technical capability to build in Replo (or similar builders) and troubleshoot your own technical problems.
• Strong foundational Conversion Rate Optimization ( CRO ) knowledge.
• Proactive thinking—e.g., taking raw customer feedback from a survey and updating the landing page to address doubts/hesitations independently.
