Salary: $126,650 - 217,350 per year Requirements:

• We require an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance; a clearance active within the past 24 months is also acceptable.
• We require a bachelors degree or equivalent.
• We need 5+ years of experience leading Agile teams using Agile methods and tools such as Jira.
• We need 5+ years of experience in an engineering discipline.
• We prefer familiarity with DevSecOps practices.
• We require 2+ years of experience with scripting, automation, or software development.
• We expect strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
• We need the ability to handle a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with several concurrent priorities.
• We need the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
• We value mentorship and coaching capability.
• For Level 3, we prefer 5 or more years of related experience or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• For Level 4, we prefer 9 or more years of related experience or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• We value experience in defense or aerospace.
• We prefer knowledge of networking principles.
• We prefer understanding of the rigor required for safety-critical software.

• We collaborate with the solution manager to establish Agile processes for DevSecOps teams.
• We facilitate Agile coaching, training, and metrics development.
• We serve as scrum masters to remove blockers, align the team, report progress, and use Jira automation to streamline processes.
• We pursue continuous improvement and keep teams accountable for deliverables.
• We drive Agile execution across DevSecOps teams.
• We mentor teams on Agile best practices.
• We work with internal and external customers to clear obstacles and support efficient product development.
