Serenity Smiles Dental Care is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dental Sterilization Technician with an active RDA license to join our growing team. We are a patient-centered practice focused on providing a calm, supportive experience—and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Greet, welcome and seat patients with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Sterilize and prepare dental instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelines. 
• Maintain sterilization logs and ensure compliance protocols are followed. 
• Set up and break down treatment rooms efficiently. 
• Take dental radiographs as needed.
• Assist clinical team as needed during procedures.
• Manage inventory of sterilization supplies and instruments. 
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
  
   

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (Tennessee). 
• Strong attention to detail and organization. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. 
• Excellent time management skills.
