Registered Dental Hygienist

Location: Fremont, OH

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annualized compensation: $83,200 – $95,680 per year (based on $40–$46/hour at 40 hours/week).
• OR 30% of adjusted production (whichever is higher).

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join a well-established, patient-focused practice in Fremont, OH. • Perform dental prophylaxis, including cleanings, scaling, and preventive treatments.
• Conduct patient assessments and communicate findings to the dentist.
• Take and develop dental radiographs.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation.
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in dental hygiene.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene.
• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Ohio.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
