Job Description
This role supports commercial concrete projects, including flatwork for new construction such as apartment buildings and hotels. You will work closely with a lead worker to perform hands-on concrete labor, focusing on setting up, pouring, and breaking down concrete forms on active construction sites.

Work Environment
This position is based on active construction sites, primarily involving commercial new construction projects with concrete flatwork. You will work outdoors and be exposed to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, and typical construction site activity. The role is physically demanding and requires frequent lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods. You will regularly use hand tools, wheelbarrows, and concrete-related equipment while following site safety practices and wearing appropriate work attire and protective gear suitable for construction environments.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $40.00/hr.
