Location: Hemet, CA

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift

Position Summary:

We are seeking a CNC Programmer with strong experience using Mastercam to create and optimize programs for CNC milling and turning operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of machining processes and be able to support production by developing efficient, accurate programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam .
• Work from blueprints, models, and engineering drawings.
• Support machinists with program prove-outs and process improvements.
• Select tooling, cutting parameters, and machining strategies.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and improve cycle times and quality.

Qualifications:

• Experience programming CNC machines using Mastercam .
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T .
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Flexible to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).
