Job Description

As a Cloud Engineer you will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining our cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure that our cloud environment is highly available secure and scalable. You will also be responsible for monitoring and optimizing the performance of our cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using industry best practices

- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of cloud services

- Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues and implement optimizations as needed

- Ensure security and compliance of cloud infrastructure

- Automate processes and tasks to improve efficiency and scalability

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our cloud infrastructure

- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud engineering or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud

- Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash

- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes

- Knowledge of networking and security principles in a cloud environment

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Strong communication and collaboration skills
