About the Job

Are you someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and solving complex problems? Do you enjoy managing moving pieces, navigating unique situations, and ensuring every detail is handled correctly from start to finish? If you have a sharp eye for detail, a passion for process improvement, and a desire to continuously grow your expertise, this opportunity may be the perfect fit.

As a Closing Officer, you'll play a critical role in coordinating and facilitating timeshare ownership transfers and closings. Every transaction presents its own set of challenges, requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think several steps ahead. You'll work closely with clients, resorts, title vendors, and internal teams to ensure transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable requirements.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work, managing multiple priorities, and finding solutions when obstacles arise. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the closing process.

If you're naturally curious, highly accountable, and motivated by seeing transactions successfully cross the finish line, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Research and resolve complex transaction issues, escalating concerns when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure successful transaction outcomes.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and elevate the customer experience.
  • Meet established productivity, quality, and service-level expectations while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
