To Succeed As a Case Manager, We Require
Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field. If you have at least 5 years in corrections, case management, or similar, this may be considered in lieu of degree.
Ability to relate to residents in a firm, empathetic manner.
Computer and word-processing skills. Must have demonstrated experience with documentation and record keeping.
Valid state driver's license and ability to pass federal drug screening requirements.

Day-to-day you will meet with residents and our team to develop a program to help address individual needs.
