Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to work with business and IT teams in gathering requirements, analyzing data, and supporting client projects.
This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow or restart their career in the US IT market.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements (BRD/FRD)
Work in an Agile environment managing User Stories, Backlogs, and Sprints using Jira
Perform data analysis and validation using SQL and Excel
Support UAT and coordinate with QA and technical teams
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
Required Skills:
1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data analysis
Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira/Confluence
Understanding of SDLC methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Power BI / Tableau is a plus
Work Authorization:
