Bookkeeper Pay: $16.00-$20.00 Job Description: Bookkeeper - QuickBooks Online Experience Required Part-time 16-24 hours/week/ Potential for More Hours After Training We are seeking a detail0oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a part-time position with room for growth after the initial training period. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
• Record and categorize daily financial transactions
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts on a weekly basis
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Run bi-weekly payroll (ADP experience is a plus)
• Handle tax payments, including sales and real estate taxes
• Assist with month-end closing procedures
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets

Requirements:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks online is mandatory
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, reporting)
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Experience in a multi-client environment is highly preferred
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
