Knowledge Rhino is hiring bilingual English/Spanish professionals for a remote, high-volume outbound appointment-setting position serving existing healthcare plan members.
This is an outbound calling role , not inbound customer service. You will contact existing members, explain a healthcare service already available through their plan, answer basic questions, and help eligible members schedule an appointment. This is not cold-call sales, and members are not charged for the service.
After successfully completing training, employees can build their own production schedules:
Training follows a separate, fixed schedule and requires full attendance.
