As a Transactional Real Estate Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel on a variety of commercial real estate transactional matters, including acquisition, ownership, disposition, financing, development, and leasing. * Must be licensed in Pennsylvania
* Strong knowledge of commercial real estate laws and regulations
Providing legal counsel to clients on a wide range of real estate issues, including acquisition, ownership, disposition, financing, development, and leasing
Addressing legal questions regarding land use and zoning matters, restrictive covenants, and more
Experience involving historic tax credits or other tax credit structures .
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Provide legal counsel on commercial real estate transactions
* Assist clients with acquisitions, sales, leases, and development projects
* Work on complex projects involving tax credit structures
* Collaborate with the Real Estate team to deliver top-notch legal services
* Strong legal research and writing skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
