responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and customers through consistent communication and leadership
- Develop and execute business development plans in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
- Collaborate across divisions to align on strategic sales opportunities and key initiatives
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to ensure products and solutions meet market needs Support sales teams with pipeline management, forecasting, and ongoing sales opportunities
- Drive profitability by ensuring each sales case is aligned with financial and operational targets
- Provide sales support by reviewing contracts, evaluating tools, and processing customer orders
- Act as the main point of contact between sales and factory operations to manage order details, changes, and priorities
- Train and support frontline sales teams on product knowledge and customer applications
- Promote and uphold safety standards while ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies
Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in the mining, construction, or heavy equipment industry
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- Ability to bridge technical and commercial teams, with proven experience supporting sales and driving business results
- Technical competence to collaborate with customers and engineering teams on equipment or construction/mining applications.
Travel: Ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 15%
