Apprentice RV Technician – Entry Level

Are you mechanically inclined and looking to start a hands-on career in the growing RV industry? We’re looking for a motivated Apprentice RV Technician to join our team! No RV experience required—we’ll train the right person.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist experienced RV technicians with repairs and maintenance
• Learn to diagnose and repair RV systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances)
• Perform basic service tasks including inspections and minor repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Basic mechanical or technical aptitude
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Positive attitude and team player mindset
• Valid driver’s license
• RV, automotive, construction, or trade school experience is a plus (not required)
