BG Staffing is seeking a dependable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a thriving apartment community in Greenbelt, MD. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who takes pride in delivering quality maintenance services, maintaining community standards, and providing outstanding resident support.

Position Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Perform general apartment maintenance, including:
  • Basic plumbing repairs
  • Electrical troubleshooting
  • Appliance diagnostics and repairs
  • Carpentry, drywall repairs, and general building maintenance
• Assist with apartment turns and make-ready preparations
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Respond to resident service requests with professionalism and excellent customer service
• Follow all company safety policies and quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming community environment
