Paint & Touch-Up Technician | Temp-to-Hire
Location: Hialeah Gardens, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 / hour (Based on experience)
About the Role: Randstad is hiring a committed and experienced Paint & Touch-Up Technician for an innovative, state-of-the-art elevator manufacturing facility in Hialeah Gardens. We are looking for a dedicated team member to join an out-of-the-box, modern production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform precision touch-up painting on modern elevator components.
- Repair scratches, dents, and surface defects on aluminum materials.
- Apply liquid paint using both spray guns and spray cans with a high-quality finish.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a paint booth environment.
- Demonstrated experience repairing scratches and dents specifically on aluminum surfaces.
- Proficiency with liquid paint application (spray guns and spray aerosol cans).
- work ethic, attention to detail, and reliable attendance.

Responsabilidades Principales:
- Realizar retoque de pintura de precisión en componentes modernos de ascensores.
- Reparar rayones, abolladuras y defectos superficiales en aluminio.
- Aplicar pintura líquida utilizando pistolas de pulverización (spray gun) y latas de aerosol.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia demostrable trabajando en cabinas de pintura (paint booth).
- Experiencia comprobada en reparación de rayones y abolladuras en superficies de aluminio.
- Dominio en la aplicación de pintura líquida (pistola y aerosol).
- Fuerte ética de trabajo, atención al detalle y puntualidad.
