Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, highly organized Administrative Assistant to help keep our team on track. This is a 30-hour-per-week, hybrid role. You’ll work from home four days a week and join us in the office just one day a week to catch up in person.

We need someone who is truly comfortable in the driver’s seat when it comes to digital workflows. A big part of this role is managing and responding to emails; we need a person who can draft professional, clear replies and make sure nothing important slips through the cracks. You will also handle all our travel logistics—from booking flights and hotels to making sure itineraries are seamless.

Because this role is mostly remote, you should be a self-starter who is an expert in Microsoft Office 365 (specifically Outlook, Teams, and Word). If you are someone who naturally catches the small details and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we would love to hear from you.

salary: $19 - $21 per hour

work hours: 7 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, sort, and prioritize high-volume email inboxes.

  • Draft, proofread, and send professional responses on behalf of leadership.

  • Flag urgent matters and ensure no communication falls through the cracks.

  • Research, book, and manage end-to-end travel arrangements

  • Schedule internal and external meetings using Outlook and Microsoft Teams.

  • Prepare meeting agendas and document action items in Word.

  • Must have advanced knowledge of Outlook (folder management, rules, shared calendars), Teams, and Word.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
