Job Description

Do you have a sharp eye for numbers and a passion for streamlined operations? We are looking for a collaborative Accounts Payable Coordinator to support our core accounting department. You will play a vital role in keeping our day-to-day financial operations running smoothly by entering vendor invoices, resolving payment discrepancies, and conducting routine audit checks. If you excel at problem-solving, value high efficiency, and bring a hands-on approach to financial workflows, we’d love to have you on our team.

salary: $20 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

looking for someone who has worked in SAP (or similar ERP system) to work part time, 24 hours per week through the end of the year. 

The role pays $23-24/hr and after training, shift times are flexible and will even allow for hybrid and/or remote work. It involves assisting with entering vendor invoices and payments, GL coding, vendor communications and researching invoice discrepancies.
