Grandbridge Real Estate Analyst Overview:
Analysts’ career paths begin with training that includes modeling, underwriting, and financial analysis training within Grandbridge. Through exposure to a wide variety of lending transactions, Analysts will enhance their financial and industry analysis skills, build expertise in commercial real estate and underwriting, and develop a comprehensive understanding of their portfolio of clients.
Location:
Grandbridge is headquartered in Charlotte, NC, with offices throughout the U.S. in cities including but not limited to Atlanta, Birmingham, Denver, New York, Norfolk, San Francisco and Washington, DC.
The role is specifically for our Atlanta, GA office.
The annual base salary for this position is $80,000 across all locations.
